This miniature may represent Susan Tucker Whittier, the daughter of Charles Albert Whittier (1840-1908) of Boston and Elizabeth (Chadwick) Whittier (1846-1906). This Susan Whittier married Prince Serge Belosselsky-Belozersky, a Russian army officer and nobleman who fled Russia in 1917, losing his vast fortune and estate during the revolution.
