Set of three wrought silver vegetable dishes with covers; rectangular bodies with horizontal rims; die-rolled egg and dart bands are applied around the edge of the rims; domed, rectangular covers with horizontal bezels; rectangles are formed of die-rolled foliate bands applied to the top of the lids with trefoil and shell motifs applied at the corners; cast, foliate c-scroll handles on a circular disks applied in the center of the lids with scroll and foliate bands applied around the edges; maker's marks stamped on the bases.

Mark: stamped on udersides of each dish in relief, 'ab' and 'cd' with one set, 'ef' with two sets, of pseudo hallmarks; portrait bust in circular surround; block letter "T" in shield surround; block letter "F" in shield surround; eagle in circular surround; and block letter "P" in shield surround. Each set of dishes and covers are also stamped incuse along faces sides of each, with tiny number presumably relating to sizes of stock. Cover 'a' marked "2", dish 'b' marked "1"; cover and dish 'cd' both marked "3"; and cover 'e' marked "1" and dish marked "3".
