Description 
Olive brown wool single-breasted women's uniform coat; 4 buttons down the front; double collar with shallow lapels, with "U.S." insignia on each corner of the collar, air service insignia on each corner of lapels; shoulder loops with 2 silver bars, button at the collar end; aviation patch on left shoulder, closed sleeves (no cuffs), with one band of gilt lacing around each wrist; breast pockets with flaps which button closed, color bar above left breast pocket, diagonal slit pockets at the hips; all buttons cast with the Great Seal of the U.S.; 2 panels at the back.
