Scenes of New York City: The Elie and Sarah Hirschfeld Collection celebrates New York. Opening October 22, through February 27, 2022, the exhibition showcases an extraordinary promised gift to the New-York Historical Society by philanthropists and art collectors Elie and Sarah Hirschfeld. The 130 works on view feature many artists new to the museum, including Jacob Lawrence, Louise Nevelson, Georgia O’Keeffe, and Andy Warhol. Join the Hirschfelds as they discuss their collection with curator Wendy Nālani E. Ikemoto, curator of American art.
