Jonathan Demme is the award-winning filmmaker of such notable films as The Silence of the Lambs, Philadelphia, and Rachel Getting Married. Antonio Monda (moderator) teaches in the Film and Television Department at New York University. He is Artistic Director of Le Conversazioni literary festival and has directed several documentaries, including the award-winning feature film Dicembre.
