Storytelling
Little New-Yorkers @ Home
Tuesday, December 8 and Friday, December 11 at 3:30 pm

Free; ages 3-6

Join us via Zoom every Tuesday and Friday for story time and crafts! Each class includes a special Little New-Yorkers hello song, silly dances and songs, a story book reading, and a craft to do at home. This week, read Your Name is a Song, written by Jamilah Thompkins-Bigelow and illustrated by Luisa Uribe, and meet Kora-Jalimuso who feels a little left out in school because of her name. Find out how Kora-Jalimuso and her mother discover the magic of different names and the music they make. Afterwards, create your own magical sheet of music with your name as a song.
