Yuval Levin, a former Hertog Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, is director of social, cultural, and constitutional studies at the American Enterprise Institute and the founder and editor of National Affairs magazine. His most recent book is A Time to Build: From Family and Community to Congress and the Campus, How Recommitting to Our Institutions Can Revive the American Dream. William Kristol (moderator) is a political analyst and a founding director of Defending Democracy Together, an educational and advocacy organization.
